I recently received the Einhell TC-SM 2131/2 Dual miter saw as a birthday present from my lovely girlfriend and decided to pimp it with a Premium saw blade from Falkenwald that is optimized for fine cuts.

The first thing you need to pay attention to is the size of the saw blade, in my case it is 210mm × 30mm, you should be able to buy it on Amazon.

To remove the original saw blade from the miter saw, you need to unscrew the following screw.

After that, grab a piece of old wood that we can use to stop the saw blade from spinning while we loosen the screw. Put it beneath the blade like this.

The next step is to hold the blade’s housing up like this, so you can access the screw. Grab a Torx screwdriver and screw with the blade’s running direction to loosen it. Attention, this may require a bit of force, don’t be shy.

After you’ve done that, insert the new blade, tighten the screws, and enjoy your new saw blade.
